“Everyday life out, vacation in” is the motto in our comfortably furnished, rustic vacation apartment in Stumm in the Zillertal. In our family and child-friendly apartment, living tradition is combined with the comfort of modern vacation accommodation to create a relaxing vacation home.
We also have our own farm with attached agriculture.
Apartment
Our cozy apartment can accommodate up to ten people. The rustic ambience and comfortable furnishings ensure an unforgettable vacation experience.

Summer
Boredom doesn't stand a chance in the Zillertal! Countless sporting opportunities and worthwhile excursion destinations provide excitement for young and old throughout the summer.
Vacation directly on the farm
Our apartment is located directly on our own farm. You are welcome to watch the chickens, cows, calves, pigs, horses and rabbits in the barn. Our “little zoo” is completed by guinea pigs and a dog. We sell fresh milk, eggs and home-distilled schnapps directly from the farm, naturally also for our vacation guests. Cheese and bacon can be purchased in the immediate vicinity. In the morning we offer our own bread roll service.
Our apartment in Stumm in the Zillertal
The apartment is comfortably furnished and has a living room and four bedrooms, a fully furnished kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, crockery and fridge, a bathroom with bathtub shower and separate WC as well as a drying room for your ski boots. From the balcony you can enjoy a fantastic view of the Tyrolean mountains. In summer, a garden and a children's playground are at your disposal. Architecturally, our vacation apartment embodies a successful blend of traditional Tyrolean style with lots of wood and modern elements.
The Zillertal
The Zillertal offers attractive leisure activities in both summer and winter. The ski bus stop is right next to the house, the train station (Zillertalbahn) is about 10 minutes away - the same time it takes to get to the village center. There is a restaurant just a three-minute walk from the house and the nearest pizzeria is a good five minutes away. You will find other places to eat in the village (10 minutes' walk).
